We won't force the child to go to sleep. We will take the child with us into the sleep room and keep him/her on our laps until s/he is ready to go to sleep. Sometimes, this can take a few days before the child feels comfortable enough to sleep.

Yes, they do. It is ensured that each child is provided with his/her own bed. The beds are cleaned regularly so that hygiene standards of the centre are maintained.

No, absolutely not. We, at Footprints, will adapt to your baby’s routine. If your baby likes to sleep three times a day, we will facilitate this. We will have a conversation with you before the baby joins our crèche and become familiar with the baby’s routine.

No, we do not set a specific age or time for your child to be toilet trained. Your child should only start toilet training when he/she is ready and shows a keen interest. Our staff is fully trained to support your child when he/she is ready and trains them for all their basic needs.

It depends on the child's specific needs, with the decision being made based on the severity of the situation. In some cases, we may also recommend a shadow teacher to provide one-on-one attention when necessary.

During the initial 3-4 days, mothers are encouraged to stay with their children, and the duration of their stay gradually increases according to the activities. Once the child can say goodbye to their mothers without crying, we ensure they are ready for independence.

A child's settling period may vary. Some children take from seven days to as much as one month to be fully settled, while others can take two to three months or more.

This varies class-wise. Usually, it consists of a Welcome card, School bag, Picnic vest, Apron, a Read-o-stick, and Books.

The holidays usually vary region-wise. Generally, we provide 1 week of Winter and 1 week of summer holidays. Also, we try to maintain the Corporate Holiday calendar as much as possible.

No, bringing food from home is strictly prohibited at our centers, as we have an in-house kitchen with a carefully designed meal plan. However, in cases of allergies, we may recommend that familiar food be brought from home.

For example, if the meal plan includes rice and your child is allergic to it, we might ask you to provide an alternative from home, while the child can have the dal and other dishes provided at the center.

★ Long-term fees apply to periods of a year or more, and in addition to the regular fee structure, we also charge an annual maintenance fee.
★ On the other hand, short-term fees cover a maximum of 6 months, and in this case, annual maintenance charges are excluded.
★ However, parents must provide this information at the time of enrollment.
